This is a small issue in CSS I believe. Which I think is occuring because of static hardcoded values of css properties. Though this doesn't happens on this site because of logo, but it might occur as shown in screenshot.

This happens only on user-projects right now since they have a shorter header. If you go to your user profile project and click on Admin, then click on "Show Me" button under "Customize", the tooltip will appear but be cut off.
