#844 Numerous random tags [13534, 13541]
Received two reports of this:

My Home page tags have gone mad. I tried to delete them but they just keep multiplying

My project is 'Byte Flood Cryptography', and it is hosted on sf.net 2.0a and I couldn't edit Tags for the project (thousand tags erase the ones that I've wrote) and now (probably because of this tag problem) I couldn't edit my project setting (error 500).

Take care when viewing these projects (especially if you try to edit the tags in admin) as it caused my browser to crash a few times.
Heh, looks like this ticket got hit by the bug itself. Rick, will this fix repair the tags on the affected projects? Or just keep this from happening in the future?
If the latter, is there we do to clean up these tags besides trying to remove them one by one?
