tablesorter.js needs an upgrade and sylvester.js needs to be minified instead of being compressed/obfuscated.

I didn't know what "sylvester" was. It's hardly mentioned anywhere in our codebase. git log -G sylvester shows [9d390e545382040cd84cae8b278b67e973199684] for IE support. Can you look into removing sylvester completely? I think we can drop IE support for this, just make sure things work fine in modern browsers still.

I think CSS rules for headerSortUp headerSortDown need to be updated?
