Similar to https://sourceforge.net/register/ we need to have a landing page with something like large tool icons with a description of what they do and just generally what the feature set is.. basically a product marketing page for the new forge.
We used to have a project listing but there are too many projects now to do that so it's of any use. We can paste in any HTML we get to quickly update the page. We just need some assets and/or what we want to be there.
We have mockups from Wes, the root page for /p/ and the page you should get when you click the register a project button.
