    We need to have a mirror of the production database in order to be able to test this pre-push of a migration.

    Blocked on SOG implementaiton of a production data slave that we can detach from prod/master and set as the mongo for a sandbox instance to test migrations before we push them. Sog ticket pending, will update with the link when I have it.

    It appears this is due to memory concerns, and we have a temporary workaround that mostly works. Rather than keep this issue going forever, I think we can resolve this one as closed and open new ones for any specific work that needs to be done on memory usage/consumption.
