The advanced search and search bins in allura seem pretty powerful, but it's not really clear how to use it. I've personally found I need to do a bit of trial and error to get the search I want.
I think we should either:
- have a help page (linked to from appropriate places, like search results, and the edit searches page) explaining advanced search syntax and/or
- have an advanced search UI page to pre-fill the proper syntax for searches.

On allura js/2818. To test, click the "Help" button on the tracker search page. Make sure the explanation makes sense and is typo-free.
This looks great. One addition: I think we should add the Help button to the Edit Searches page also.
Added to search edit page. I also made it a widget for tidier re-use.
