#5732 Tickets system, Milestones marked closed, ticket edit [ss2650]

When editing a ticket with a closed Milestone value the value of that field should remain that of the closed Milestone. Currently the closed Milestone value is being replaced by the first Milestone value in the list with no method to keep the existing value.
I understand that the current action is necessary for a deleted Milestone value but I am interested in retaining the value of a "closed" Milestone.
Makes sense to me.
Perhaps if want to keep the dropdown from getting too long if lots of closed milestones, we could just have a "no change" type option?
